I’m a hands-on design leader who thrives at two altitudes: leading teams and diving into the craft.


I previously led product at Grief Works, an emotional wellbeing platform supporting people through loss, taking it from zero to one and scaling its impact, achieving a 94% helpfulness rating, thousands of five-star reviews, and recognition from Apple.


As Head of Design, I led a leading Indonesian C2C e-commerce platform, building its early design team and shaping how they worked and grew.


At the core, I love building teams and products that help people, and I take pride in the details along the way.

Grief Works – Product Lead

I led product development and strategy for Grief Works, managing cross-functional teams and partnering with marketing to launch campaigns, optimize funnels, and improve CAC-to-LTV ratios. I expanded the offering from digital tools, courses, meditations, and reflections to live solutions including weekly community sessions, counselor chat, and in-person counseling. Over my four-year tenure, we achieved a 94% helpfulness rating, thousands of five-star reviews, and recognition from Apple as App of the Day and Editor’s Choice.

Hanno – Brand & Product Design

At Hanno, I designed brands and digital products for healthcare, taking projects from research through to delivery. I worked on a wound management app for diabetic patients, launched in nine months and now used in clinics across the UK. Beyond that, I took part in multiple design sprints to move products from early concept to launch-ready.

Nakedpress (Shopify Plus) – Product Lead

I led digital initiatives for a cold-pressed juice company on Shopify Plus, launching a scheduled order feature that let customers plan multiple deliveries in a single purchase. This increased AOV, improved cash flow by securing payments upfront, and made ordering faster and more convenient for customers.


I also directed the mobile app initiative, positioning it as a “healthy life in your pocket” with tips and health assessments, while building owned retention channels through the app and push notifications to reduce reliance on paid acquisition and increase reorder rates.

Bukalapak – Head of Design

As Head of Design, I hired and managed the team, scaling design operations through shared principles, practices, and a robust design system—empowering designers to work independently within cross-functional squads.


I initiated an upskilling program for designers and researchers, combining workshops, mentoring, and project-based pairing, which achieved 90% satisfaction and enhanced competencies.
